Frequently Asked Questions

Why a 4- or 6-month commitment?Sustainable changes take time. Four months is the minimum time required to address the root causes of symptoms and help women achieve remarkable results. A 4- or 6-month program provides the time needed to implement nutritional adjustments and develop sustainable, health-promoting habits that can last a lifetime.

Is this a restrictive diet program? Not at all. This is a stress-free, personalized approach to nutrition that focuses on including foods that support your health. Trendy diets and arbitrary food eliminations not only fail to work but also add unnecessary stress, hindering the development of sustainable habits. My goal is to help you build a nutritional foundation that promotes your health.

I work with busy women and understand their demanding schedules. My job is to simplify and streamline any recommended strategies or interventions to fit your life. Our work together will never add stress; instead, it will help reduce it while equipping you with the tools to live with more energy and well-being, free from discomfort and negative thoughts about food and your body.

Do You Accept Health Insurance? At our practice, your health and wellness come first. To ensure we provide the highest quality of personalized nutrition and lifestyle support, we operate as an out-of-pocket service and do not bill insurance directly.

As a nutrition and lifestyle professional, my scope of practice does not include providing insurance billing codes or NPI numbers. However, I am happy to collaborate with other healthcare providers on your team to ensure comprehensive care.

Many of my clients choose to explore alternative reimbursement options, such as:

• Submitting Invoices: Some clients submit their program invoices directly to their insurance for partial reimbursement.

• Using Health Savings Accounts (HSAs): You may be able to utilize your HSA or flexible spending account (FSA) for program-related expenses.

I encourage you to check with your insurance provider or workplace benefits program to understand your options. My goal is to support your journey to better health with flexibility and accessibility in mind.

Are functional tests included?Functional tests may be recommended after the initial consultation based on your specific needs, but they are not included in the program cost. These tests can provide valuable insights but are not mandatory; recommendations will always align with your individual case.

Can I use my existing blood test results?Absolutely! Routine blood work performed within the last 12 months is a valuable resource. If further evaluation is needed, additional tests may be recommended for you to discuss with your healthcare provider.

How often will we meet?Regular follow-up sessions are key to success in this program and achieving sustainable results. I recommend scheduling sessions every two weeks during the 4- or 6-month program. These consistent meetings reduce stress, allow for timely adjustments to nutrition and lifestyle strategies, and ensure the plan evolves with your needs. Each session includes continuous adjustments and a clear explanation of the recommendations, personalized to your goals. No two plans are the same!

Is this only about nutrition? No. This is a holistic approach that addresses multiple aspects of health, including:

• Building a strong nutritional foundation.• Optimizing nutrient intake to meet your unique needs.• Stress management and nervous system support.• Enhancing sleep and circadian rhythms.• Reducing environmental toxin exposure.• Supporting movement and exercise routines.• Cultivating a positive relationship with food.• Providing targeted supplement recommendations.

What if I already follow a healthy diet?Even with a healthy diet, individual needs can vary.
